（中央社記者黃麗芸台北5日電）北市試辦簡化公文流程和「減章」，台北市長柯文哲今天表示，若透過組織和流程改造，就可以讓大家不用這麼忙，先選3個局處試行「公文簡化運動」，成效佳就推廣到全市府。柯文哲上午出席「港湖新綠帶，新肺新呼吸」內湖復育園區開幕活動，會後接受媒體聯訪時，做上述表示。
盼加快政府部門行政效率，柯文哲要求檢討公務機關「蓋章文化」，現在市府選定地政局、兵役局和大地工程處，6月起試辦簡化公文流程和「減章」，3個月後還要提成效報告，作為未來其他各單位參考。
柯文哲表示，因為他以前發現一份公文送到他手中前，至少要蓋12至20幾個章，這樣效率不好，他覺得每個公務員都很忙，但若透過組織和流程改造，就可以讓大家不用這麼忙。
